This application enables children to interact with the IDOL robot through a variety of engaging functions.
The "Listening" feature allows users to select from a range of stories and songs stored in the robot and enjoy their playback, fostering auditory engagement.
The "Learning" function offers an entertaining educational experience, helping children acquire fundamental skills in Italian language and mathematics, as well as vocabulary related to animals, objects, fruits, body parts, colors, and more. It also introduces basic reasoning concepts such as size comparisons, proportions, and differences.
The "Playing" mode provides an interactive caregiving experience, where children can feed IDOL robot with items like hamburgers, fruits, vegetables, and drinks. Additionally, the robot teaches animal sounds, household noises, and musical instrument melodies.
As children play and learn with the robot, it appears to develop over time, demonstrated by changes in its eye color, reflecting its growth and increased interaction.
